Oh, interior designer? nice, well i think encinitas, or somewhere within 30 mins will be easy to find for a good price, anywhere super close will be expensive... but i'll explain all of that on your tour, ha... And of course i'll show your around... If you don't mind me asking what faith are you *you can pm if you want* because if you are religious then i can find a house of worship so you have another outlet for friends other than work/e90 post.

What up SD! I went to a couple of the meets last year and even did the caravan to bimmerfest. We have a big crowd here, not everybody always gets the chance to meet up though. Jan 11 is the playoffs isn't it? Mission Valley is a bad place to meet because of parking IMO. Too much hussle and bussle down there, I see it everyday cuz I'm by the Q.

Quick question,
I'm in VA now and relocating to San Diego next moth. VA has very low car sales tax (3%) but every year, we have to pay car property tax (based on car's value). Does CA have property tax for car too?

If not, I'm thinking about buying M3 here with low sales tax and take it with me where has no property tax for cars.

Please let me know.

In California, you get the best of both worlds! You pay 7.75% sales tax *and* pay 1% of the car's value (among other fees) as part of the yearly registration. Welcome to California!
