According to this post:

the REST function can be coded to LCI cars with the ALL button.

Unfortunately, bimmercode does not have this featured like in CARLY however I found the following in expert mode:

It appears I can activate REST function but I don't see the coding for ALL button function set to "not active" under REST_TASTE_VERBAUT.

Anybody know how I can code ALL function off?
