2009 335i E93 sitting on bilstein b7 coilovers on the maximum ride height. car still sits fairly low but i wouldn’t consider it insanely low. When installing the coilovers i mistakenly removed the rear lower control arms and got the alignment in the rear out of wack. i took it into an alignment shop today and they said “this is the best we can do” is the rear camber excessive? would this cause excessive tire wear/ safety and handling concerns ? also i noticed it says “m3 sedan” at the top of the alignment sheet. does this matter?

Why they didn't dialed in the camber properly? What it is the reason? Telling you this is the best they can do does't say anything aty all. To me seams like they only did the toe which is ok so tire wear won't be as bad.

i have no idea, when i asked they had no interest in telling me

depends on how low your car is and rust if you can adjust. ez way to check is to look at the rear camber eccentric and they should be both be pointing outward.

If they don't have any interest in telling you why they couldn't do an alignment, you shouldn't have any interest in paying them for not aligning it.

Yes, 3 degrees negative camber is safe to drive on. It won't cause the tires to blow out unless they were underinflated to begin with, but you may find that you'll wear the inner portion of the tire down to the wear indicators while the outer shoulders still look like they've got a fair amount of life left in them.

Safe but there's no reason they shouldn't be able to get it better unless your eccentric bolts are rusted and they were afraid of breaking them. You aren't low enough where you should be out of spec.
