BMW Link and BMW Station for iPhone

Does anyone know more about this?

I have a 2011 335is (without the combox) and I'm wondering if I will be able to retrofit this when it comes out.

Seems a lot easier, and cheaper, than going with a full idrive retrofit

I guess I'm the only one interested in this. I wonder if you will need a particular dashboard to use the iPhone station?

Wow that looks cool! I'll be keeping an eye out for this. Based on the phrasing, it seems like an add-on accessory so hopefully it will be backwards compatible.

If you have iDrive Navigation, there's no point to that iPhone station accessory.

I agree but I don't have iDrive and the dashboard in the video doesn't look like the standard 3er dash.
