Scratches on window

I have used Autoglym glass polish cleaning both windows on the driver & passenger side, have also applied RainX on all windows including windscreen.

However, after the windows have been turning up and down for a few times, there are some scratch marks on the window.
I suspect that it's the window seal on the door causing the scratch marks or maybe something inside the door panel scratching the window?

It isn't any big issue but I found it annoying not having the "clear" vision over the windows after detailing them.

Anyone got an idea how to fix this?
What's the name of that seal? Part 2 or 8 below?

Those are not scratches, but rather markings from some sort of grease. It's white-ish and you can scrape it off with your nail.

All coupes suffer from this. Mine is at its worst during winter time. Summer time I don't see any marks.

I am not sure that replacing the oem seal with oem will fix the issue. I know there is a company that has a fix for this. its a piece you attach to the oem seal. Can't recall the name of the company, I'm sure little googling will yield results.

So this is the company I was talking about. Have a look and maybe contact them in regards to these markings that occur on our windows.

They seem to be oriented towards the tint scratches, but it may help with our issues as well.

Have a look here: http://www.tintprotector.com/bmw/

$16 for shipping.
Wondering anyone else experiencing the same issue and want to buy as well?
First 3 kits are still having the same shipping cost.
Double the shipping cost from the 4th kit.

Theses white marks are pretty annoying, they seem to get worse if you wash the car or it rains, waters seems to get down there, and when it drys the inside of the window is all dirty
