I'm letting the hanger mod go, next time I'm thinking of custom making a bottom holder from the top of my climate buttons since it'll for snug between the volume and tune dials.

But I like the Velcro up top until I can fabricate that new mod for it

So it's only held on by velcro..?? It looks so clean, and I want to give it a shot, but don't want to mess up my dash..

Thanks!

dude loving this new velcro setup you have. but like the guy above you asked, does it mess up your dash in any kind of way? really tempted to pull the trigger on this now since black friday is coming up.

Don't hold me to it but mines been stuck on there for a while and I haven't peeled it off but my guess would be glue residue may still be present if you peel it off after a few years or months depending on the heat inside of your car.

I attached an ipad mini on my dash probably over 2 years ago now like this on my e92 and had it on for about a year before getting rid of it, I enjoyed it It did leave some glue residue that would not come off. not ridiculously noticeable but always bugged me , traded in the car I bet the next owner will be like WTFFF is that from. velcro never let me down tho I did replace it about 3 different times trying to perfect how I wanted todo it

I have more pics but I gotta find them!

Haha. Wow 10 days is plenty of time. How much velcro did you need for it to be secure? Does it fling off if you take a fast corner?

As much as I'd love to do that unlike the E46 dash the E90 area slants inward making it less ergonomic for the driver. And I hate that it looks really aftermarket with the AC dials poking out losing the OEM feel and line of the interior dash
