E92 330i N53 metallic rattle at low RPM

Hey! I get a strange metallic rattle when I apply slight throttle around 1000rpm. This starts to happen a short while after start-up and will continue throughout a drive and always around 1000rpm and slight throttle.

Any Ideas?

I'm thinking either loose bits in the cats or rattily heat shields.

Check if your secondary O2 sensors have come loose.

Yeah sounds like something loose. Suggest you get the car up on ramps and tap around with a rubber headed mallet and see what's rattling...
