trunk bonnet will not open

I cannot open my trunk with the interior trunk release or the remote. I have to use my key and do it the old fashion way. I'm thinking there might be a fuse that is blown but I can find a list of fuses that would control the trunk. Can anyone give me any ideas?

I think something electrical I had that error one time where it didn’t work unless I used key on trunk, I’m not sure what I did but all of a sudden it started working again it happened two times in like 2 years 😐 hoping never again
