window trim fell off

Help! Anyone know how to fix this? Closed my door one day and the trim that goes around the door fell off.
I still have the pieces to it in my trunk

Those gray clips you see in the body are glued to the trim.
The glue wears down and the clips and trim separate.
Put some high strength glue on the clips and attach the trim.
