Can anyone confirm if e90/91 front m sports with pdc have different front bumper reinforcement? I plan on doing a full m sport conversion on my e91 but I don’t see anyone doing one with factory spec pdc

Yes, the center of the m sport bumper is recessed in so the sensors hit the bumper.

You need to get the m sport bumper or cut slots in your stock bumper to let the 2 middles sensors slide in.

Would I be able to just find a m sport bumper with pdc holes and m sport specific pdc brackets and be good?

No, the brackets and sensors are the same.
You either modify the bumper or get a new one or delete the front sensors.
A final option is to place the sensors in a different area. It may look odd if not in the oem position though.
