Yes oil pan gasket. And of course it drips on the ground if it leaks lol.
It is a $1200 job if you take it in to have it done. Sooooo you may want to start wrenching if you currently do not.

I would think about replacing the water pump/thermostat. I don't think you will know they are going bad until you are stuck on the side of the road.

they generally give some warning before complete failure. BSD communication errors, pump 12V errors, fan runnning hard all the time, stuff like that.

but it will not trip a dash light or anything until it checks out, so if you don't check for codes regularly it can leave you stranded.
