It was what was recommended over on N54tech when I bought it 4 years ago. I have seen people run a single CM14 and even a CM7 with a CM10. I haven't had any issues. My 2.3 gallon tank lasts me over a month (I don't floor it often). I have the newer HPFP so the more I spray the more boost I can run.

Do you spray methanol? What size nozzle do you use?

"super atomizing injector size CM10 (940cc @100psi)" I have their 200 psi pump but I'm not sure how many cc/m it pumps out because I don't know what the normal operating pressure is.

900-1000cc nozzle is the standard for the average boosted 500-650hp engine anyway. Especially when spraying over 70% Methanol and using it as up to 10% of additional fueling.

Ok so it depends on your set up and power goals. Obv. So i am not saying its wrong but was curious how you came up with that nozzle.

When running meth only you can go larger nozzle but for 50/50 i think the CC match the HP. So 500CC for 500HP and so on. For 100 % meth i think a Do7 would maybe be more appropriate for 200 PSI pump.

This has been my experience. I have been int touch with the Aquamist owner 'Richard" alot and thats what i got from him. He is a real expert.

The idea of METH is not to boost power directly but boost octane so you can then run more timing and boost . MEth alone esp when overdone, does not increase power it actually decreases.

There is a reason why almost all places recommend 50/50. Water has benefits of its own. But you need to maximize this with a tune.

For me 375cc has been enough to suppress my knock completely for OTS maps. I am not anywhere near you power levels though.

Ultimately i want to port inject meth with injectors and not nozzles. I will be working on a controller for that. I built my own meth controller because electronics is my field. I measure TMAP/MAF and RPM to calculate true load conditions of the engine then decide when and how much to to spray. I use a microcontroller for that. I use a 3-D or 3 input table with the data with MATLAB.

The #1 reason why 50/50 is recommended, is safety from ignition/combustion. Most systems will actually provide the best cooling/octane/power advantages around 65-80% Methanol. Some make best gains on 100%....
