I can look up for Centric brand control arms for M3.
BMW / TRW parts specify different part numbers for left and right arms in the rear except for the tow control, which is the same part left or right.

ECS Tuning sells the 4 piece (Upper forward, back) set for $340 without the toe control (lower rear).
I already bought 2 used M3 toe arms for $29 each.

Centric can be had for $34 each arm, upper forward and upper back.

But since I can't tell if they are the same left and right I'm stuck a bit.
