2011 e92 N55 PCV pushing oil into cylinder
Has anyone experienced this?
2011 e92 N55 #6 spark plug getting oil fouled. Compression check good 178-180psi, Leak down test perfect, Crankcase pressure at spec 50mbar. New BMW valve cover (I tried 2 other VC and were the same). New vacuum pump. New plugs, new coils, Factory tune. As part of my daig I blocked the #6 valve cover hole that connects to #6 intake hole in the head. Now the plug doesn’t get oil fouled but all the plugs have black soot on the end of the threads and a lot of black soot on bumper and exhaust tips. I have no clue what is causing the oil from the valve cover to be sucked into the #6 intake port? I’m sure whatever is causing this is probably causing the soot. The AFR and fuel trims seem to be good. Any help is greatly appreciated. https://datazap.me/u/mdilo/6-pcv-hol...og=1&data=3-16 https://datazap.me/u/mdilo/6-pcv-hol...og=2&data=3-16 |
