My FOB DOESN'T LOCK!!!

When I first got the car (2 weeks ago)
one fob would only unlock but not lock.
I took it to the dealer a week later and they said it works.
Weirdly it did work.
Today I park my car and now it doesn't work again.
It unlocks/unlocks trunk but does not lock.
The spare Fob has no problems.
What causes this to happen?

Make sure everything is closed

that was the first thing i did.
and plus the spare fob locks it.
