You'd have to compare the same options offered when stock minus depreciation. to see if the value is around current market value. A current M3 with MDrive (Navigation), Executive Package, Shadow Line, Novillo Leather goes for over $78K pre-tax ($88.9K after). If you take 20% off for 1st year depreciation, the total comes to around $71.1K

I'm asking below that for a car that's in perfect condition, majority (95%) of mileage is highways, 2 set of tyres and all stock components that have been removed so far. If anyone has questions, let me know.
