Looking back at the installation process, was there anything you replaced that wasn't included in the Raceland kit or wish you had replaced? I'm about to pull the trigger on the Classic kit but not sure if I should replace other components like strut/shock mounts, gaskets, etc. Clean ride btw
@kazbek1

No regrets, I also replaced the front strut top mounts and the rear lower shock mounts when installing the coilovers.

I would recommend you do the same too.

Quick update, I have about +10,000 miles on it so far with plenty of trips to NYC and MA.

Still holding up great, still handle like the day I put them on. It did take a good beating on the NYC roads but still no leaks or clunks.

Again for 350$ (Black Friday sale) can't beat the value.

Great! I just got them in and did buy the top and lower mounts. Glad to see you like them. Are you happy with the 10mm spacers? I'm keeping my stock wheels but want to push them out a little purely for aesthetics. I've heard 15mm and 25mm spacers look good but also won't have larger, meatier tires so not sure if I should do it. Any advice?

Yeah happy with the spacers, purely a cosmetic mod.

I have turner 10mm in the fronts and ECS 12.5 in the rear.

It's been almost a year and they are still holding up nicely. The shocks still rebound as if the first day I got them, they still perform great around the corners and smooth on the highway.

I drive daily on NYC roads and they take potholes and harsh roads nicely.

Absolutely no complaints at all, very happy i went this route.

I had Raceland coilovers on an e46 back in the day and had no issues. Rode very similar to stock and never leaked.

I went for ST on my next e46 and honestly felt that the racelands were more comfortable with similar handling.

Putting in m3 rear arms, inspecting the coilovers and they still look like they are holding up. No leaks, still handling great!

Glad they worked out for you, a lot of people talk bad about them because they're cheap. It's been almost a year that I've had them on and they are bouncy sometimes but they're great for the price. I got the últimos because I wanted to go pretty low. Also on 10mm spacers in the front because they will rub on the wheel. 15 mm in the back but no rubbing, only for looks

Nice ride!

Yeah I'm surprised on how good their durability have been so far.

Great beginner coilover.

People will say whatever but it depends on what your usage is. If you are just daily driving and want to look low, these will do fine. Other than a lower CGI I do not think these are actually helping in performance especially if you do any hpde, autocross.

Agreed, I don't plan on doing anything outside of daily so it works perfectly for my needs.

Also value wise it's hard to beat, $400 and a real lifetime warranty. Considering I'm 17 months in with no defects or leaks speaks volume.

There were koni yellows which have a usable rebound only adjuster and lifetime warranty as well at around 580 not too long ago. But yeah they are much better value than the 600$ coilovers like megans which ride very bouncy.

I actually came from Koni's they rode great for couple months before they blew, they covered the replacements but that's when I went with Racelands instead.

Difference wise not much of a difference, I had the Koni STR. Both pretty soft setups.

Contacting raceland for warranty replacements, keep y'all posted
