what bushings wear most?

hey!

my car is done 310 000km. My car starts to wobble slightly when I drive more than 140km/h.

I thought it is time to change bushings. I start slowly with the most worn ones. The question is which ones?

Or what type of bushings are usually worn most? I wont bother diagnosing every bushing, just replace a few at the same time.

I will wait with subframe, tranny, engine and diff.

Thrust arm in the front. At 310,000km you need to replace ALL suspension parts.

Front thrust arms are usually evident by pulsing while braking. I'd be shocked if they're original.

Hydraulic strut rod/chassis in the front.
All four shock mounts.
Engine and transmission.

Reports of the demise of all the other bushings is greatly exaggerated. The rubber bushings BMW uses in the rear are quite robust. The ball joints are pretty binary, either loose or not loose.

I'd probably change the front control arms & the tie rods for starters.

Then move to the rear & start replacing control arms & all the various bushings in the rear subframe

Last but not least, do the engine mounts & tranny mounts

Recently I've changed tires to winter ones. Indeed, thrust arms are a bit "loose".

I will buy some bushings from Strongflex. I don't afford Powerflex anyway. A lot to do in research to determine what OE and PU and what not for the whole system of bushings.

However, I start with the front. How usually bad are joint bushings? Just change the whole arms? Changing to the PU new ones in the inner area is not enough?

I'd like M3 arms but I'm not going to do as I will to make some heavy tows like a small boat.

Currently, I'm using STX dampers. So I have to change the toe and chamber in the rear a bit. Fantastic dampers though. Experimented with tire pressure. I think it did vibrate more when the weight is put back on the rear tires more by adjusting tire pressure.
