DIY Video - Schroth Quick Fit Pro Harness

Here's an installation video for the Schroth Quick Fit Pro Harness specifically for the 4 Door E90.

Super easy installation; easily removes in a minute.

Excited to try these out at Thunderhill West next weekend!

Where did you get this? And has there been any safety testing done with this setup?

I bought mine from http://www.bimmerworld.com/.

More info regarding safety here: https://www.schrothracing.com/tuning...it-pro/qfp-bmw

I tested them on the track last week and they were amazing!

Installed in 20 Minutes

Because of your vid I purchased this harness with the extra grip handles.

I have an e92 - so there were slight differences in the kit and installation but your video made it pretty clear it would be an easy install. For the e92 the attachment is on the floor. My only recommendation would be using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts back down at 32 ft·lbs.

Not over or under tightening the thing that keeps you in the car and face out of the steering wheel is great "peace" of mind.

Harness is snug and you will not slide in the seat. Quality product all the way!

Thanks for the post!
