Just did an VRSF intercooler for someone else the other day, it's the 7" one which require modification, but it wasn't that bad. The thing is massive compare to the factory one.
Here are some pics. |

Looks awesome I reckon on a space gray, black roof on a bmw looks good in any colour. Quote:
I'm thinking on getting forgsters F14s in super deep concave in 9.5 fronts and 11 at the rear with low offsets. Quote:

She'll fit beautifully, I'm running same sizes on the rear.
Depending in how much camber you want to run, you'll definitely need a guard shave, and a guard pull if you want to sit at around 2 degrees. |

I'm rubbing heaps with the rears, my rears have been rolled twice now and it's the most they can do without damaging the panel/paint. Don't really want to be running too much camber, may resort to shaving the rears to give more clearance. |

Varrstoen ES1 (Hyper Silver)
19x9.5 +20 (225/35/19 Kumhos) 19x11 +25 (265/30/19 Kumhos) Silver is growing on me, so used to having black wheels on my cars. Also got myself the Blackvue Full HD dash cam, awesome little gadget. Last edited by xtremelimit; 08-23-2014 at 06:56 AM.. |

- 265/30 rears - Roll - Knowing where to shave at the rear (section where bumper meets guard) - Guard Pull |

I'm pretty sure those are the specs Allen used to run. But not 100% on what tyre sizes he had, but I think the rear was a 245.
When I ran them I used a 245 on the back and front 235, but I had shaved guards so easier to fit.. So basically just think of a smaller tyre unless you want to avoid too much stretch. Last edited by sbce90; 08-23-2014 at 05:57 PM.. |

Bam!
That looks killer dude! That's essentially the exact setup I wanted to run years ago after seeing modquench's SGM car: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=969038 I would have done it, but didnt want to sacrifice grip running crazy camber and at the time it was suggested I would need a 245 rear... So does it majorly effect handling and grip going so wide on the rear? Last edited by DR-JEKL; 08-23-2014 at 05:57 PM.. |
