Pretty much the standard Stage 2+ stuff.....DCI, catless downpipes, bigger IC, MHD Stage 2+, xHP trans flash.....probably making 380+ish HP to the rear wheels if I had to guess.

But on a real note, even with out mods there's traction issues. My car currently only has a DCI + Chargepipe but is otherwise pretty stock output. The traction light still yells at me in 1st and 2nd. Even on Sport 4s's

Our cars aren't the best at 1/4 mile let alone 0-60. 60-130 times is what you should be asking about.

With a rear IDS type setup....these cars really don't do a good job of transferring weight to the rear tires when you leave the line hard...they just like to spin. They are set up to handle good....not do hard drag launches

These cars are horrible at 0-60 times because it's hard to hook the tires over 420hp. Long story short they have a sloppy rear suspension setup and the lack of a true LSD. Also the inability to truly launch control. You need to do so much $$$ including getting solid tires to get on a even playing field. This is where I wish I maybe would have gotten an x-drive for this particular car.

30-120+ is where these cars excel. Hence why you might get a 4.2 0-60 time but a 11.5 1/4 mile time.

Welcome to....wait....can’t remember, it has been awhile. Oh yes! 2008! Am I correct? Or was it 2009 when 355i 0-60 hype truly blew up.

Hi,

I have never tried to measure 0-60, but i did some sometimes and did not experience lots of traction issues, so i am a bit curious now. Yes, the DTC lights up a bit at mid rpm in 1st and 2nd, but it does not feel big cuts/braking like a wheel spin in a corner, just minor cuttings.

Are you all driving with DTC fully off here? Maybe i should try a 0-60 with DTC off to see if it spins that much.

I am running Michelin PS4 with stock size (manual 135i, 240/18 at the rear) and MHD stage 2+.

If the road is dry and in good conditions, my DTC will never light up in 3rd and for example, i often do logs, so starting for 2500 rpm in 3rd in a straight line (so way under 60mph), with DTC off, and flooring WOT, it does not spin, except if the road is wet.

Is there a difference of traction between 135i and 335i ?

this was with an early shift to third since it was a 1/4 mile pass

if i was going for 0-60 time it would be around 3.1-3.2

Sorry but you don't pickup 1/2 second 0 to 60 (3.59 to 3.1/3.2) by letting the car rev out a bit more in 2nd. If your 0 to 60 was 3.1/3.2 then your car would be running high 10's

Speak for yourself, my car loves going from a dig. But again, I had zero plans to own one of these cars if it wasn't awd.

My 0-60 via Dragy;

3.5 or 3.3 with 1ft rollout
