I got mine mtech splitters and didnt check them carefully when i got them. Becouse of the winter i didnt mount them on the car, waiting for the good weather to put the splitters on. When i was gonna put them on there were bumps and the carbon fiber was not looking good and they looked like shit!!! I even send him pictures, and still no answer!!!

its sad that a vendor with so much potential is choosing to go down this road... I mean it sounds like people just wanted better communication, ie your part will take approx. 4-6 weeks to arrive vs. it WILL be shipped out next week. I think most people understand that there are reasonable delays in production, shipping, logistics etc, but when there is no communication given to buyers about whats going on (considering most people here are probably very detail oriented, anal about car stuff, etc), its a recipe for disaster.

DO NOT BUY from Frank, he lied to me twice about tracking. i've waited over six weeks, 2 weeks ago he gave me a tracking number and said the item is picked up by fedex, 2 days ago he gave me another tracking and told me the office in tw has shipped the item. 2 days later the tracking number is still invalid. in addition, he promised to refund the money which he has yet to do.

Got an e-mail from Frank last thursday regarding my order - said it would be shipped out friday (he also said that the week before). I responded and asked him for a tracking number by the end of day friday, and did not receive one.

Sent him an e-mail last night requesting a full refund - no response yet. I'll give it a few more days until I follow up with BBB/Paypal and further information on my ordeal on this thread/a new thread.

On a side note - I did receive my M3 lip spoiler very promptly from Frank and was very impressed with it. It only took another week for my first front lip to get here. That was in the beginning February. I had to return my lip due to a quality issue and upon the lack of my better judgment, accepted a replacement rather than a refund (Frank said he had one in stock ready to go). It is now the 2nd week of April and I still have no front lip.

I've ordered once from M-Force before with no problems. I dealt with " PJ " in the past with prompt and good service. I just recently ordered from Frank and hope this transaction goes as smoothly as the first.

Any help would be appreciated. I really want to get my AE fixed and can't afford much right now because my wedding is next month

I just heard from Frank today by pm... Ive been sending him 10000 pm`s about my fucked up splitter. He told me that he needed to talk to his boss. So hi did and now they are sending me a new splitter..That some good news, but lets see if it will arrive in time and how long it will take..
