Drove the new 650 convertible this afternoon. It was the hotness!
That's an amazing engine and such a pleasure to drive. I even liked the 8-speed flappy-paddle gearbox, but a proper manual would have been more fun!

Thanks man. I put my deposit down on my car last October, I am SOOOO happy to actually be getting one. People all over the country are still looking for an open Allocation. Only 450 1M's total for the whole UK, each with a plaque on the center console saying, one of 450. I wish the US bound cars had this type of plaque as well, however the total number of US bound cars isn't set in stone like the UK cars was.

Very few BMW have been this limited in the past, especially to the US market, and with the press going nuts over the car and all the demand for the 1M it can't help but be a true M car classic.

When you get the car back to the US, order some LUX angel eyes. Thats what I installed in my E90, they look great. The pictured ones are an aftermarket LED ring installed into the headlight unit. You have to bake the headlight and take it apart to do those...
