E90 snapped timing chain problems when stripping it down

Hi all unfortunately my 2010 320d n47 has snapped it's timing chain I have been stripping it down so far I have found the 2 of the brackets that hold the cams have cracked iv just started to undo the head and the top of the head bolt has just snapped any ideas on how I carry on with stripping this down ??

Only way to proceed is to remove the bolt flange with a carbide burr, or attempt to drill it. Or weld a nut on whats left.

If your cam carrier is broken then the head is scrap anyway.
