gunmetal looks sick on just about every color of bmw except monaco, which is why I am getting hyper silver, I would go with the dark gunmetal if I were you

Agreed. That's why I got the HS for my Monaco.

Thanks magmd, We needed a good pic of your car with the Advan 19s.
The mods on your car are very impressive and I think the result is awesome.

I'd say dark colors like Monaco and Black metallic look best with hypersilver.

How do these wheels feel in terms of driveability? Does it feel like you're driving a stock car? Or can you tell that the wheels have different ET, and the steering feels "sluggish"?

Thanks.

The Advan wheels with offset ET32 are very similar in offset to the standard ET34 front wheels. I am not an expert, but I'd expect changing tyres will make more difference to the steering than changing the offset by 2mm. My car has quite good feedback through the power steering, so I could get a sense of the road surface with the standard runflats. I could certainly feel the runflats skipping across irregular road surfaces. I don't think the standard runflats feel sluggish if there is enough pressure in them. By changing to conventional tyres I found I got improved ride quality and improved grip on poor road surfaces.

My wheels arrived

Just gotta wait for my Eibach ProKit/Bilstein HD shocks and tires to arrive so I can lower the car and mount the tires on at the same time

^^^ Very nice looking car! The drop will finish the look. The color you will LOVE! Same color as brake dust. Do you feel a difference in the weight of the wheels and tires?

All, you can go with a staggered set-up and tune your suspension if you go with coil-overs. I'm running 245 front and 265 rears and have my suspension tuned for a slight understeer (read: safe on the track).

Thanks bro, I haven't really felt a difference yet in weight. Cornering feels better or maybe its just me. Im really diggin these 452's they seem to hook up nicely. As of now I'm looking at getting either the V2 or FK coilover setup. Leaning towards FK though.

Go with whatever has the higher spring rates. Trust me, they won't be too stiff at all. I'm running 450f/674r and the ride is perfect. It feels like a sportscar, but the way it reacts to bumps even mid-turn is simply amazing. I've never owned a car with c/o's and I am so glad I got them.

Sorry - off topic. Advans RULE!

TXsurfer, The Falkens on the front look like a nice fitment. What size tyres and wheel offsets did you get?

I'm loving the look and the minimal weight but how tough are these wheels?

They're used in the WTCC. BBS is the other main manufacturer the teams are using in this series.

Thanks
front is 19x8.5 32 offset with 235/35/19 tires
rear is 19x9.5 35 offset with 275/30/19 tires
no rubbing, did not need to roll the fenders

I had the car corner weighted (910 lbs on each tire) with me in it and a 1/3 tank a gas.

The same shop did the alignment and I have not had any problem with understeer. Maybe I'm just not going fast enough.
