I first got the RD Angle Eyes, then got the Lux 5 which i currently have. As I replaced the RD's 1 at a time I was able to do a side by side and there was no comparisons, even more so in daylight.

I have them, they are pretty decent, but they are the same thing you can buy from several other vendors and look just like the ones I bought on ebay over a year ago, just 3watt Led's in the butterfly connector with resisters in the harness. They don't light the outside ring great, but look pretty decent and are not bad money.

Bms have 2 leds, luxs have 5 iirc. Much brighter and better light distribution(more even). Quality is better too on lux.

THe LUX look great, but they have to be wired outside the headlight to make them work, I am just not up for doing a bunch of wiring and running wires outside the enclosure, but it seems that is what it takes to have them look great!

The wires are thin enough to go thru the gasket. No modification needed, and its plug n play with no additional power/ grounding wires

The "unit" which is about the size of a quarter has to sit outside the headlamp Assembly but does not require any modification or any wiring, completely plug n play as another member said!
