Sorry to revive this thread but I just did this to my 2009 335i coupe and changed PWM_RL_BL_1_FKT_SL to wert_01. That brightened up the AE when the head lights were on.

Then I checked the NETTODAT.TRC file and read back the two bytes that changed. It changed from 28,2F to 28,0F. I then changed those two bytes to 2C, 0C and wrote it back. But then nothing happened, it's not like they got even brighter (to 13.7V).

How can I get it super blinding bright?

Also, I measured the voltage of the H8 angel eyes. it is 10.18V with engine off. It is 10.8V with engine on.

I have a 2009 E92 335i, pre-LCI.

EDIT: I JUST GOT THIS TO WORK. Basically, it was line 00340700, byte offset 2 and 3. Changed to '2C, 0C' and my lights are getting 13V.
