Unless someone knows what this is off the top of their head we're going to need a bit more context than just the picture you've provided. Do you know what it's supposed to be called or where it goes? If you had another pic showing the part but with the surrounding items that might give more detail as well.

That's a shoehorn and can be found at any Dollar Store. Mostly used by fat or handicapped people. Glad I could help.

Seriously though, why not just call or go to the BMW dealer and have the actual Parts tied into the database look up and verify the part # and whether it's been superseded or not?

We see so many instances of trusting 'some dude on the internet' to provide correct info (and not even realoem.com is correct 100% of the time) when the manufacturer is right there ready to help.

Plus they'll often times price match so you don't even need to wait on shipping. Just grab it, or order it, and pick it up quick.

Unfortunately part is not listed on Real OEM, however it is a part of the headlight support.

How about this:

BMW OEM M3 Headlight Head Light Lamp-Lamp Mount Bar Support Left 51117891251

BMW OEM M3 Headlight Head Light Lamp-Lamp Mount Bar Support Right 51117891252

Above part numbers also cross references to the following models on Real OEM:

3' E90   (01/2007 — 07/2008)
3' E90 LCI   (03/2008 — 10/2011)
3' E92   (07/2006 — 02/2010)
3' E92 LCI   (09/2009 — 06/2013)
3' E93   (03/2007 — 02/2010)
3' E93 LCI   (07/2009 — 10/2013)

Does that maybe help?

Do you know what area of the car they are from, what they attach to?

That will make this so much easier.

with the utmost respect: now you supreme90 demonstrate your self to be lazy and 'taking advantage.' Of course Wolf335 wants to provide answers and solutions to your questions. Wolf is BMW expert and enthusiast. If you closely read the thread there were questions as to: what area of the car are they from, what do they attach to? and nissubaru wrote: we're going to need a bit more context than just the picture you've provided. Do you know what it's supposed to be called or where it goes?

Kindly provide more more information, or don't waste our time.

I simply do not have time, the mechanic sent me these photos and just told me that I need to purchase these parts. All I know is that it is somewhere close to the left fender and left headlight.

Enthusiast yes 100%, expert well that's stretching it quite a bit.

Thank you either way!

www.realoem.com and find a new mechanic that can fix your car properly without needing assistance in finding parts that he needs.
