I was offered a free black cover here in town, but would rather pay for one with factory paint.

Couple of weeks at least. But no rush after that. I'd sell it for cheap. It has some scrapes on the bottom and some minor defects. I'd show you a bunch of pictures, but overall it isn't bad.
