replace the tire, the bubble makes your tire weaker especially where the bubble is.

Finally got the car back yesterday. At the EOD, the dealer called and said it was ready for pick up.

Tire warranty covered everything 100% including mounting and balancing. They determined that the bubble was done by a pothole or something that was part of the road and not by neglect of the driver.

They however, scratched my wheel up and the dealer wants to send a "fix it" guy out to my place to repair the wheel, should i demand a brand new wheel or let the guy just fix it?

i had a bubble on a boxster wheel, caused by a nail that punctured the tire and left a hole, and the subsequent low pressure caused the bubble.

Wow, same exact situation I am going through now. Dealer scratched my wheel while reaplcing a tire. They fixed it, "at no charge to me", but this is unnacceptable. I can see where they just spraypainted it and the paint is now SUPERR SUPER soft. Now I am asking for a new wheel. What went through with your wheel?
