is a 255/40/18 square setup on 18x9.5 et35 possible on a 07 e92 RWD?

I have searched but can't really find the info.

I have found several people running 255/40 17 square setups on e92s but 17s look pretty small. I am liking the meaty sidewalls though.

Is a 255/40 18 square setup possible???
I'm thinking a 18x9.5 et35 if possible.

I have 19s currently which I love the look of but I am thinking of changing up the look and feel of the car and being able to rotate front to back would be a nice bonus.
Thanks all

As a data point, I'm running 19x9 ET 25 all around. 245/35/19 rubber.
12MM spacers in the rear as well.

My rear fenders are rolled and the liner is cut. Without passengers, I get light rubbing when going too fast over bumps. With passengers in the back I get heavy rubbing over driveways and bumps.

My car is essentially a 2 seater now

Obviously, they will fit in the back. The possible problem is the fronts. I run 245-40-18 on et35 rims in the front and they do not rub anywhere. However, I would not dare try 255-40-18. Its really close with 245s. I think you'd be ok not rubbing the body/fender. However, you could very well rub the strut perch. In addition, you will likely rub the plastic inner fender lining when you turn the wheel. If you did 255-35, you would at least avoid the inner fender lining problem. It may come down to the brand/model of tire you buy since they 255s differ.
