Cosmetics or Power?

Just thought I'd get some opinions to persuade someone & maybe myself one way or another.

Is it better to get your favorite cosmetic mods done & out of the way? Or the power mods? Why? Should price play a role in these decisions? Mods can include anything cosmetic from paint matching some side markers or doing a full body kit. Power mods obviously from a chargepipe upgrade to huge turbos.

In my opinion it's what YOU feel is best personally I go rims and stance first than power than body mods. I like getting next to someone and them having no clue they are going to get waked all over

Don't rush, keep a balance of both cosmetic and power. personally I favor cosmetic most (wrap, interior ambient lighting, chrome delete, caliper colors, wheels, front lip, spoiler etc).

I enjoyed modding my coupe, everything inside the interior was M performance & then went on to do audio.

last thing I did was flash the car with a stock intake mod.

kept it simple even though I sold it It..was still easy to reverse everything.

Garage List
2021 Chevy Silverad ...  [0.00]
2002 Jeep Cherokee  [0.00]
2014 CTS  [0.00]
2011 335is  [0.00]
It's whatever makes you smile the most. The N54 has a ton of tourqe, so for me, power mods first, and some cosmetics on the way made me happy.

I would make a list of the things I wanted for the car and then prioritize them.

My priorities are maintenance, cosmetic and no need for power mods. My E92 is closing in on 125K miles and it's my daily driver so I maintain it and keep it clean. Besides, the 335i has plenty of power and I'm not like the DB's in the Audi and M4 that were racing on the interstate and rear ended the sedan.
