P0012 P0015 CEL Idle help

So I recently bought a 11' e90 328xi with 55k on it I came across an engine light after getting my oil changed from the dealer I bought it from (It was free) and my service engine light comes on with codes p0012 p0015 intake/exhaust camshaft position timing over retarded. My car runs perfectly fine until after running it I come to a complete stop and put it in park and let it idle at 600 rpm it decreases to 3-400 rpm and kickes up to about 1-1200k and goes back to normal and cel comes on for a couple days and turns off, it does not do it often at all just at random times. just want to fix it before something goes wrong, what I have read was a vanos or a camshaft sensor or a new oil change? Car has 64k miles also comes with a change oil code even tho I reset it in the computer. I'm new to these cars to any information will help, thank you.

Your timing is off . If this code came right after they did the oil change they did it incorrectly. Vanos system works off oil pressure dirty oil and low oil pressure will throw timing off . N52 takes 7 qts of synthetic oil 5w-30 check your oil filter cap and see if the cage is in there there's two o rings on it that need to be changed every oil change
