Will these fit on 2006 325i?

My car is a 2006 325i..I am looking to buy this from a private seller.

The tire size is 245/45/R18 and is Michelin (no idea what version it is)

Also seller says its a M series wheel and asking $800 for a 4 wheel-tire..Is it a good buy?

What style is the wheel..few pics attached.

245/45R18 is much too tall to fit the 325i.

Thank you Gary.

Is the tire too tall or is it wheel itself is tall?

What are my options for an 18 inch set up (tire & wheel)?

The tire itself is far too tall. I can't speak for the wheel fitment without more data such as wheel width and offset.
