Stiffer than OEM sport suspension on my LCI 328i sedan.
Suspension is loud and jarring in NYC/NJ area, but the roads are terrible.
They give you tremendous control and roadfeel, but it's NOT a comfy suspension. Would do just fine on a track.

FYI: stock sport springs, stock staggered 17" sport wheels with Michelin A/S 3s.

People ought to know!
Thanks for the PSA!

I too have B6; and, in my opinion, they are stiffer than many other struts/shocks I have driven.

Clearly, suspension settings can be largely personal preference, but even with the same components, there's room for dialing in a feeling you may prefer. For example, I noticed with the B6s that I'm MORE sensitive to tire pressure. For me, in my car, 34-36PSI feels pretty good. 38psi, however, gets way to bumpy for me.

Perhaps tire type and pressure adjustments would help even in NY/NJ..

Totally agree on tire pressure.

The basic design of the car is its very downfall, in fact. It was made for early gen run flats so all other components and engineering was with this in mind.

So it's actually hard to get it to ride smoothly like a sport package e46.
