BMW E92 328i N51 Missfire Cylinder 4,5,6

Hello guys. About a week ago my car started having missfires in cylinder 4,5 and 6. At first the missfires were very slight and there were no codes in the DME, I could only feel some slight hesitation at idle, but nothing serious. Yesterday when I got in the car, when the RPM's dropped below 1000 after start up, the car started to missfire very bad. It was barely driveable, on D it had very bad surges when stopping and when idling. When I rev the engine and when I drive and the RPM-s are over 1000, I feel nothing wrong.
The codes that I have are - Missfire cylinder 4,5 and 6 and Multiple missfires code.
So far I have replaced:
Spark plugs - 50 000km ago,
Coils - 5000km ago,
O2 sensor, precat, bank2 - 15 000km ago,
O2 sensor, postcat, bank1 - 4000km ago
Here are the codes:

Injectors would be my suspect. Try pulling the plugs after an overnight stop. If any are black/wet/smelling of fuel, you have leaking injectors.

I will check that. Thank you.

Does your post say plugs were done 50k ago? If so I'd definitely replace those.

I'd suspect it's the Mosfet if you replaced the o2 already

50k kilometers ago, thats about 31 000 miles. I will replace them, but I don't think the problem is from them. Missfires in 3 cylinders at the same time, what is the chance 3 spark plugs fail at the same time.

By MOSFET you mean problem in the DME right ? I doubt that will be the problem because a friend of mine had it to fail and the car ran like crap all the time, at startup, when driving, at low and high rpm. My car has the problem only when it heats up (after 3-4 minutes of driving), and when I rev it or give it some gas everything is fine. Problem is at idle or when driving without touching the gas pedal.

It just seems like it's a whole bank that's down which is why I thought MOSFETS originally.

Have you done a carbon cleaning? Might fix up some of the issues especially at no/light throttle

No I haven't because feedback about carbon cleaning is mixed.

Chances are 3 plugs in a row didn't fail all at once. There's 2 knock sensors in this car 1 for 1-3 and the other for 4-6 so I'd look into that definitely. Something else that would come to mind would be a severe vacuum leak or some issue with the fuel rail. Maybe even an o2. You will want to check live data with an app like torque pro to see what your fuel trims on bank 2 are like.
Just for the hell of it, try it with clear codes and the MAF sensor unplugged see what's up
