I have been wondering about this for awhile but have never really gotten a good answer. What is a healthy 335d engine's blow by look like? Mine breathes quite heavily, I've had an oil analysis done and they said everything looks incredibly healthy. The car does have 140k miles on it and it's tuned. This is the blow by after about 10 minutes of idling after 2 pretty solid pulls.

I've been asking the same questions but it appears to be normal, mines always done it since I've had it and I'm at 142,xxxx miles currently and it's part of bmws system to burn off instead of using a crank filter
