Sounds like paid-for "black PR". People with genuine complains usually know that such claims have to be substantiated (by a description of the actual problem, at least).

Sorry about that, Work got in the way.

My experience specifically:

My experience is very simple. I ordered a new MAF for my '06 330xi last month from their website. In the my information under "order history" the next day it read "shipped pending information from shipper".

About a week later the message had not changed and I had no further information regarding the shipment of my package so, I called them. I reached their voice mail which instructed me to NOT leave a voice mail. I called multiple times over the next 5 days with the same success. Finally, on the sixth day someone answered the phone only to tell me that they were an answering service and they would have a KO Performance representative call me "right back. I have been told that line now, seven times.

Therefore, since KO Performance has gladly charged my credit card and I have never received my MAF sensor, I give you this warning.

If I get a resolution, Ill let you know.

I was afraid of the same thing, I found them through a google search looking for sway barbarian set for my car and they were the cheapest. I ordered on 11/12 and when I placed order somehow the ship to and bill to were the same. A P.O. box, and theres no way usps could ship that. So I called and no answer, sent an email explaining the problem and thought I'd hear back on the next business day. Tried calling got machine, sometimes reception. After a full week of no response I was nervous and called UUC to see if they received order from them, they didn't. I also asked if they've ever had any problems with KO and he knew the owners name and said never once has he had issue and has been selling to them for years. Today I received a call back from KO with a long apology. Guy told me that person in charge of internet orders had an emergency and was out so they didn't realize how backed up the orders were. He told me my order would be shipped out first thing tomorrow. I'll follow up when I do receive my order. Hopefully all will go well and this was just a temporary snafu on their part.

Just installed bars, extremely happy. Received the parts last week. Mawar is the cust. service rep I had and he went above and beyond to make up for the time lapse on my original order and really hooked me with a followup part I needed after that. He also said KO would beat whatever price I could find if I could provide him with a link. As long as they can do that I'll continue business with them. If you do have any issues with an order I recommend sending an email attention to Mawar. He's the only rep I dealt with there and any future orders I place I'll be asking for him.

No, I did a search on KO after I placed an order and thought I got screwed. No answer, no tracking. Guy did take care of me though, when he responded, and price was better than anywhere else I could find. I don't work for them, I'm a member of e46fanatics, but didn't see anything recent about KO so I thought I'd add it here in case anyone was in limbo like I was. They really F'd up initially, but made it up to me. I'm only signed up to car forums to learn how to work on my own stuff. Google searched KO and ended up here. I don't post much with cars because its not my hobby. My bike is, I'm on cvoharley.com, read my posts there, I don't sponsor anyone. If someone does right by me I'll let other guys know. At 136k, for $350 new bars made the car feel new again.
