Access to Clean Inside of Dashboard?

Somehow, while cleaning my dashboard, some of the cleaner ran behind the plastic. I'm looking for guidance for how to remove and clean it. It's driving me crazy!

Maybe a condensation, try to use heat gun so it's will evaporate. Make sure you don't put it to close to plastic so it's won't melt
