Hi all,

Has the above been done? Can it be done? I thought I had seen a thread where someone had mounted the tablet style screen on an E90 but can't seem to find it anywhere.

Ok so Idrive is now NBT? I currently have a non I-Drive setup so I'm thinking of a custom mount for the F30 Screen.

It's not easy and not cheap tbh and the new controller it touch sensitive like a tracking pad, I'm not sure you would have the feature or what else would be missing.

You looking for over £1500 for NBT retrofit plus dashboard and console.

Ive seen non NBT setups with screen, main unit and controller etc for £250 or so?? I don't want the ultimate set up, rather something useful and good value and perhaps a little different from the norm.

That's an interesting thread. I've seen this on Ebay. All looks familiar at the back of the unit compared to E90 Idrive stuff.

NBT in e90 works really well now. There are some great emulators which have ironed out most of the issues. Check out bimmerretrofit.

Install isn't all the difficult either and you can source all parts from eBay. This really updates the e90 to a great spec in my opinion.
