Valvetronic Designs Introduction, Valved 335i exhaust + exhuast flap controllers

Hello everyone!
Just want to say hello and let everyone know that I have developed a valved exhuast for the E9x BMW 335i. The system is far less than any other valved system on the market and is the perfect upgrade for anyone who wants the flexibility of a valved system that wont break the bank. I have also made exhaust valve controllers that are the cheapest on the market allowing you to control your exhaust on the fly for less than 100$. It has been my dream to make stuff like this for enthuisasts and I welcome you to check it out.

Product 1: VALVED 335i Exhaust with controller 589$
https://valvetronic.com/products/bmw...muffler-bypass

Product 2:Exhaust flap controller 89$
https://valvetronic.com/products/bmw...lap-controller

Factory Exhaust Valve Controller... $798 or $0.

I unplugged it, sounds just as good
I control my exhaust on the fly by popping the trunk.
Its cool though... ...at least you get a Remote/Less restriction ??

I made a kit like this before.
Search 'DIY Remote Control Exhaust Valve' on UK Technical Forum here.

It didn't work very well because the wireless switch doesn't remember on/off state when power is disconnected.

I ended up installing a hidden switch near obd port and ran a wire to it. It's the ultimate solution if you're serious about controlling exhaust valve but it's still not perfect because DME keeps throwing code. Pretty annoying.

Or you can flash MHD to make the valve always open in DS mode and call it a day. No code this way.

This system allows you to control that flap on the fly. On cold start these cars can be pretty roudy so you can quickly close the valve for your trip out of your neighborhood then open it up when your on your favorite backroad!

Our Kit does not throw any codes. It plugs into the factory wiring harness and hides back behind the taillight. There are no extra wires on any accessories that need to be run. Just plug the controller in ( takes about 5 min) and now you have full control over the valve at the touch of a button!

This is pretty much the PE mod for driver's side only. Nice bolt-on option for those that don't want to get into the cutting/welding. Nice work.

I think this is a very cool product! There is absolutely customers in the market who are looking for something more than the PE mod that they can control.

It is a very cool product. The controller I will buy from you for sure. I think it's a nice convenience option. However the full system I will not buy. I was quoted less than 200 just to fully straight pipe the drivers side muffler (half PE). So for about 300 I will have the same thing. With that said, 700 is quite high.

I can definitely understand the price concerns. Our costs are high because we use T304 Stainless steel in our construction and use BMW factory clamps and Tips. We use these because we didn't want our system to rust and wanted it to be extremely strong as many 335i owners drive their cars year round. We are working on lowering our cost in-order to make it more affordable for all people.

Hey guys! I just decided to slash the prices and make the unit much more affordable in hopes to drive more sales. What do you guys think of the new prices?

I think it sounds great and it's a great idea. My issue with it is how far the exhaust tips stick out. I realize the E92 bumper is a little longer, but even on that it would be too long for my tastes. It's an absolute deal breaker for me on an E90.

Another issue is having to buy the controller separately. If the whole point is to control the opening and closing, why is not included?

The 589 price for the exhaust comes with the controller included by the looks of it. The other 89 is for those who want the controller separately for control of the exhaust flap on their standard exhaust.

Yeah I wanted to do the electronic valve part (not straight exhaust like that fully) but no one was helping out in that thread and I was confused af.
