m3 front fenders

Hello!
Spring is comming, time to update my car.

I found good body shop in Latvia, where they can modify my rear fenders and m-sport bumper to m3 wideness (or little more if I want too).
I will take 1 week vacation soon and might just go to Latvia with few friends, so I can kill 2 bulls with 1 shot, party as animal and enchant looks on my car for small price

Now to the question, do I really need m3 hood to retrofit m3 fenders and front bumper?(OEM) Can I use my stock hood instead?
And how hard it is to fit m3 fenders and front bumper? I need to install it before I go on vacation coz I wont have any space in the car.

I found this guy who has exactly what I want! (would look even hotter with DD rear bumper tho)
