midpipes

hey guys,
so right now i have a AR design catless dp and a remus race slip on system for my n55. I've been toying with the idea of switching out the midpipes to deresonated ones.
I haven't been able to really find any comparisons between resonated and deresonated midpipes.
So i was hoping you all could help me with what exactly will happen by getting rid of the resonator?
Everything ive found about removing the resonator is pretty much, the car will get a deeper tone and more raspy. but would it make it a bunch louder/drone?
