Clutch clicking?

Just bought a manual 2009 335 as my first car the other day. Being my first time driving manual, I stalled probably over 10 times the first day I had the car while learning in a parking lot. The day after, I noticed this noise with the clutch and am not sure what it is. I’ve always loved cars but don’t know much about them (YET) as I’m pretty young. Could someone tell me what this may be? It seems to be shifting fine. Is this something to worry about and is it caused by my stalling? Any help is greatly appreciated as I love the car and want to keep it in great condition!

Edit: not driving without shoes just ran out real quick to record the noise

The noise:

Thanks,
Jake

Sounds okay to me. Good luck with learning to drive a manual, I'm sure you'll do great.

Mine doesn’t sound like that. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Blaster-Whi...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

Spray some silicon down there.

If it doesn’t fix it - get brass clutch bushings. https://www.garagistic.com/products/...CABEgLRefD_BwE

Also, as a first time stick learner, this bmw clutch really sucks. you should get a bms clutch bump to make it feel a bit better. https://x-ph.com/bms-short-throw-clu...yABEgLKvPD_BwE

You can get this stuff on eBay for cheaper as well.

It my case it also happens only when I come out of gear for example. Like if I am un neutral it will only do it one time, if I press clutch again it won't do it.

I sprayed some lube up in the pedal spring mechanism it seemed to have stopped for like, 5 minutes but came back. I'm having a hard time thinking it's the mechanism when it only does it in neutral once. The noise I hear when it does seems to sound louder from the outside to.

You should lube the mechanism and let me know how that works for you.
