What is the difference between the unit with the wheel for adjusting the height and the one without? Also, is the LCI one just different in the knob? Lastly, what would it take to have actual functioning rear fogs? Does the rear fog button actually light anything up, or do you need to install something else? Let me know. Thanks.

The wheel on the left is just for looks when installed in a North American model vehicle. It is used for manual headlight adjustment which is not available in our cars. Yes, the LCI version of the switch is only the chrome knob. All of the e9x series cars come equipped and wired for rear fog lights. When the rear fog light switch is depressed, half of your brake lights will light up on each side. It makes your car visible further away in in-climate weather. There are changes I make within the headlight switch to make the rear fog light circuit active. Nothing needs to be done to your car except swap out the headlight switch.

Yes you definitely have. If I understand correctly, and the knob can be swapped over, then I will take a non-LCI switch without the rotary knob for the leveling. Please let me know if/when you have one available.
