Tire warning after replacing tires

I swapped out the Rt615s for the stock RFT set up. We drove on the freeway for about 30 miles with no issues. Once we were on surface streets the "Tire Warning" icon turn on. I check all four tires and they were in the 33 to 34 PSI range.
I re-initialized the tire warning and the icon keeps on coming back.

The only thing I can think of is that only one of the RFTs is brand new, the others have maybe 2 to 3 thousand miles on them.

I check the amount of thread on each tire and this is what I found

LF 0.2935" RF 0.2975"

LR 0.2910" RR 0.3340" <---- this is the new tire.

Is the approx 0.050" difference in thread depth enough to set of the tire warning system?

Make sure that you are resetting properly. If your car is Auto it needs to be in park when you reset.

Reset it a lunch and took a brief spin around the parking lot. I will know if everything is working after the drive home tonight.

Should work fine after reset. I had to reset after I put my winters on, and work fine since.
