1/8 mile at Irwindale...

Hey guys so it was my first time at a drag strip with my 335i wanted to post my times to see what u guys thought... I have a 07 e90 335i with a JB4 (map2) intake and muffler/resonator/secondary cat delete. Here is the 2 best runs out of 4.

R/T - 0.669
60' - 1.950
330' - 5.648
1/8 - 8.628
MPH - 84

That was run 1 here is run 2

R/T - 0.767
60' - 1.882
330' - 5.449
1/8 - 8.353
MPH - 85.38

Just curious how those numbers look for my first time at a track and with the mods I have...

I only have an 1/8 mi here too. I looked at all the slips on the drag slip compilation Sticky to compare mine. We didn't get slips at my track but I had someone filming the scoreboard. My two best times were 9.2 @ 87mph and 9.1 @ 88mph. I don't know my 60' times but I'm sure they were pretty bad. You may want to post in the drag time sticky. You may get more input there. Your ETs were pretty good but traps looked a little low.

You can get your 1/4 mile results based on 1/8 times and speed. Here's a calculator I used:

http://www.hotrodpitstop.com/tools.html

Based on your times, here's what the 1/4 ET and trap speed would look like:

Run A:
1/4 mile ET: 13.508s
Trap speed: 100.2 mph

Run B:
1/4 mile ET: 13.089s
Trap speed: 103.4 mph

These numbers are approximations only and to be used only when 1/8 mile data is available. Draw your own conclusion.
