Hey guys I've been a long time N54 owner but looking at an n55.
guy is asking 13k?
2011 135i 6 speed, space gray on red interior.
M-sport
83k miles.
All stock.

I think its a pretty good price I could maybe get him down to 12 or 11.5k

Seems pretty cheap tbh. Over here in the PNW that kind of car would probably be listed for 16-17k. How does the carfax look and is there any maintenance records that come with the car?

If the current owner hasn't done a waterpump, thermostat, and OFHG it probably will need them all very soon.

Well I can see in your sig you like to drive it hard sooo id probably avoid that one. But I think a manual holds more value. Thanks for the input though right around the same miles!

The thing with MT cars is they're worth a premium to a select few people and often take a good bit of time for those to come around. You may get lucky and they're desperate to unload it, or someone else may come around and snag it for asking price.

I guess that is true because the n55 auto is a DCT forgot about this.
I sometimes hate buying a car around 85k miles because that's usually when suspension, brakes, ect go bad.
