Front bumper replacement question
Due to an accident I am replacing my front bumper on my e92. I also purchased a new front OEM lip. My question is should I apply the lip before mounting the bumper or wait until the bumper is place?

iono, i did it with the bumper on the car alraedy because there's a lot of flex in both the aero lip and bumper. it's personal preference i guess.

All done!! Did the lip to bumper first. Had to do 2 tries at getting it on, used too much tape the first time. The bumper came off without too much trouble. The "under bonnet screen" , one of the underpanels that protect the bottom of the car was difficult to get back on since I didn't have the car on a lift. Everything went back on without much trouble. This would have been much easier with a lift or at least on jacks. Having someone to assist in lining up the bumper would have also been a help. BTW painted the mesh grills black to match the car. Wife said looks like Darth Vader.
