My intercooler is leaking and I just bought a used one off eBay however the guy has just emailed me saying he put the wrong part number on the listing so I need to know if the intercooler from a 2009 lci e90 320d will fit my pre lci 320d I've checked the part numbers and they are different but will it fit or can it be made to fit

Any help would be massively appreciated

According to my local BMW part dealership the same intercooler goes fits both models: https://www.bmwautodalys.lt/lt/katal...524916/17_0316

So yes, should be ok.

Thanks pumper I had looked on real oem and the diagrams looked identical I was just unsure hopefully it should fit then and solve my over fueling problem !

The drawings often do not match the actual parts layout.
I hope it fits.

Should have uprated

3l 6cyl from 325/330 fits and is bigger
